Joy Farms is built on a foundation of care—for our animals, our environment, and our community. We believe that happy cows make better milk, happy chickens make better eggs, and sustainable practices create a brighter future for everyone.
While we’re just getting our farmstead feet wet with our dairy cow and chickens, the possibilities ahead are endless. Our dreams include growing a fruit orchard, cultivating a vegetable garden, and finding new ways to serve our community with fresh, wholesome goods. Together, we’re building something special—one step at a time

Mark & Stephanie
Starting with raw land, Mark and Stephanie have built not just a home, but an oasis where their family and animals can thrive.
Mark brings his expertise as a ranch and land broker, along with a deep love for the outdoors. Stephanie, is the heart of the farm, tending to every detail—from caring for the animals and preparing home-cooked meals at the end of each hardworking day.
Mark and Stephanie moved to the farm from Port Aransas, TX, seeking a quieter lifestyle and the joys that country living bring. Although farm life keeps them busy, they still make time to enjoy the Texas coast, especially offshore fishing and spending time on the water.
Corbin & Jae
Corbin is Mark and Stephanie’s oldest son. Off the farm, he works as an experienced boat captain on a sport fishing vessel and travels all over to compete in tournaments! On the farm, Corbin is responsible for the distribution of goods as well as lending a hand wherever he’s needed.
Jae, has a career in mortgage lending. At Joy Farms, she is the creative force behind the farm’s marketing, social media, and website design.
Colton
Colton, Mark and Stephanie’s youngest son, graduated from Texas State University, and followed in his father’s footsteps as a Realtor specializing in land and ranch properties.
On the farm, Colton plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. From helping manage the land, picking up and delivering feed for the animals, and handling the day-to-day tasks, his efforts ensure that Joy Farms thrives.
