Satisfaction Guaranteed: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
*Eligibility: ALL PRODUCTS CONTAINING RAW DAIRY ARE FINAL SALE, AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND UNLESS PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
For all NON RAW DAIRY PRODUCTS: the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return: Please reach out to our customer service team info@joyfarmstexas.com to inform us of your intention to return an item. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
